About the Role
We are seeking a versatile, data-driven, and highly creative Digital Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our brand's online ecosystem. In this role, you will act as a critical driver for our business growth—bridging the gap between technical, high-converting lead generation and premium, visually compelling content creation.
You will be responsible for scaling our inbound B2B and B2C project inquiries across the UAE while actively stepping onto our active and completed project sites to showcase Green Guard’s premium interior fit-out, joinery, and contracting expertise. If you thrive on a mix of analytical performance strategy, hands-on camera production, and social storytelling, this role offers direct creative control and impactful career growth.

- • Performance Marketing Design, launch, and optimize targeted lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to scale inbound project inquiries.
- • Social Media Management Lead organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook by transforming real project milestones, fit-out handovers, and structural updates into highly engaging visual narratives.
- • On-Site Content Capture Step onto active and completed project sites across the UAE to capture crisp, high-end photography and raw video walkthroughs utilizing mirrorless setups, mobile gimbals, and wireless audio gear.
- • Post-Production Editing Process and edit raw field footage into premium reels, short-form walk-throughs, and project grids using modern video editing software.
- • SEO & Web Optimization Monitor and maintain website health, organic keyword ranking, and domain performance using Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
