Project Engineer – Interior Fit-out & Renovation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to oversee and lead our site operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project execution, coordinating with designers and subcontractors, and ensuring that our luxury fit-out and renovation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site Management: Oversee full project execution from site handover to final snagging and project delivery.
• Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between site teams, MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to Green Guard's quality control standards and site safety regulations.
• Documentation & Planning: Manage critical project schedules, review technical/shop drawings, and maintain daily progress reports.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve on-site technical issues, specifically regarding MEP integration and bespoke joinery installations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction field.
• 8 to 10 years of proven experience specifically in Interior Fit-out & Renovation within the UAE.
• A valid UAE Driving License is strictly required.
• Strong ability to read architectural and MEP drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Project Management software is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Dubai authority regulations and approval processes (DM, DCD, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, time-management, and communication skills.
Procurement Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with a strong background in Civil & MEPworks to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Material procurement for renovation & interior fit-out projects.
• Supplier sourcing, coordination, and relationship management.
• Cost control and price negotiation.
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP), Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 3 to 4 years of solid procurement experience specifically within the UAE (mandatory for knowing local suppliers, lead times, and market rates).
• Direct experience purchasing for interior fit-out, bespoke joinery, and building renovations.
• Proven track record of sourcing both architectural finishes (wood, marble, glass, acoustic materials) and MEP components (HVAC units, electrical fixtures, plumbing fittings, fire safety equipment).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
